We start off with wrist stretches to help to strengthen your hands and wrists. We will ignite the fire within your body with Forrest Yoga Abs and use the yoga postures to release tension from your neck and shoulders as well as building muscle strength.
This class is aimed at intermediate level as there is an inversion using the wall as support.
It is best to watch Forrest Basic Moves video to familiarise yourself with the moves prior to doing this class.
