You will be guided through a strong practice to help you feel your strength. We will ignite the fire within your body with Forrest Yoga Abs and use the yoga postures to release tension from your neck and shoulders as well as building muscle strength.

This class is great for those times when we are feeling slightly anxious or feeling overloaded with our work schedule.

It is best to watch Forrest Basic Moves video to familiarise yourself with the moves prior to doing this class.
