Warming up before we head out to the golf course is something we can often forget to do or not have time to do.

Try this 5 minute warm up whilst you are waiting for your coffee to brew or when you are in the car park.

Just 5 minutes before your round will help loosen off your back muscles and help you to have a smooth and controlled swing.
