If you are finding it difficult to sit in meditation this one is great as it will help you to anchor to your breath.

It is particularly good to do this meditation if you are finding yourself getting annoyed or frustrated.

By having one continual breath, without pauses can help us to flush out the annoying thoughts and bring them to the surface where we can let them go.
