This class is great for those times when we are feeling slightly anxious or feeling overloaded with our work schedule.

It is best to watch Forrest Basic Moves video to familiarise yourself with the moves prior to doing this class.

You will be guided through your practice to help you revitalise the body and draw your attention inwards. We will ignite the fire within your body with Forrest Yoga Abs and use the yoga postures to release tension from your neck and shoulders as well as building muscle strength.

This video is packed full with poses help awaken your mind and body ready for the day ahead.

The class contains some sequences to help to raise your heart rate and get your cardio vascular system going.

We finish the class with a meditation.
