Get rid of the feeling of tiredness with this rejuvinating practice.

We use combine a yoga flow with core work to ignite the muscles.

The class is completed with a meditation.

Props required: rolled up blanket or cushion

Suitable for all levels but beginners should familiarise themselves with the practice first.

This is a great session to ease out sore hips and low back.

This video provides you with the tools to stretch out your Psoas muscles to provide relief from tightness in the hips and low back. It is also completed with a relaxation that may help you to reset and relax.

Props you may need are cushions for under your hips or a block.
