We start with energising sun salutations followed by postures that are designed to strengthen and stretch the muscles in your back and ends with a relaxation.

You will be guided through your practice to help rid you of mental foggyness. We will ignite the fire within your body with Forrest Yoga Abs and use the yoga postures to release tension from your neck and shoulders as well as building muscle strength.

It is best to watch Forrest Basic Moves video to familiarise yourself with the moves prior to doing this class.
