There are videos suitable for beginners and for those who are more active and used to stretching. You decide when and where to do your yoga practice. You don’t have to be at a certain place at a certain time. You simply log on and improve your wellbeing whenever and wherever works for you.

We use combine a yoga flow with core work to ignite the muscles.

Using visualisation, we take the situation that is causing you to worry and burn it in a fire.

We also use breath work to slow the heart rate and to relax the mind.

This meditation is perfect to do to reset your brain and to regain your clarity of thought.

If you are finding it difficult to sit in meditation this one is great as it will help you to anchor to your breath.

It is particularly good to do this meditation if you are finding yourself getting annoyed or frustrated.

By having one continual breath, without pauses can help us to flush out the annoying thoughts and bring them to the surface where we can let them go.

In this meditation I invite you to sit in silence with your breath.

This is still a guided meditation but the key is for you to stay connected with your breath whilst you are free of thoughts.

But remember, the goal is not to push the thoughts out of our mind.

Let them rise to the surface then let them pass you by rather than jumping on them.
