By having one continual breath, without pauses can help us to flush out the annoying thoughts and bring them to the surface where we can let them go.

In this meditation I invite you to sit in silence with your breath.

This is still a guided meditation but the key is for you to stay connected with your breath whilst you are free of thoughts.

But remember, the goal is not to push the thoughts out of our mind.

Let them rise to the surface then let them pass you by rather than jumping on them.
