The longer we are in Lockdown the harder it is to remain upbeat and positive.
At the start of the Pandemic I think there was a lot of fear and acceptance that we had to do what we had to do to beat the virus. However, with the UK being in Lockdown for over 1 year now I think it is fair to say we are tired.
How is your mindset? Are the negative statements starting to appear in your mind?
“I’m not good enough.”
“I’m too tired.”
“I won’t succeed.”
Just a little switch in mindset can make all the difference to your mental wellbeing.
If we drop the negative words we can switch our minds into a positive state.
“I’m good enough.”
“I feel tired but I know I will feel better if I do this.”
“I will succeed.”
Little changes in your thinking will make a huge impact on how you feel.
