Monday Night Live
Join us for our Monday Night Live sessions at 7 pm until 9 pm. Hatha Yoga is fantastic for deepening your breathing, strengthening your joints and improving your overall well being. This is a gentle practice which includes yoga postures, breathwork, meditation and relaxation. Join Yvonne live via Zoom App and practice in the comfort of your own home. Best not to eat a heavy meal 2 hours before your session.
Wednesday Aerial Yoga
Come fly with Yvonne on Wednesday at 6 pm to 7 pm. Aerial Yoga is fantastic for strengthening the body and is great fun. You will require your own hammock set up at home to participate in this class. This class is streamed live via Zoom App.
Friday Forrest Yoga
Join Yvonne live via Zoom App for a stress busting Forrest yoga session, Friday 12 pm to 1 pm. We will focus on your abdominals to strengthen your core and enable the supportive muscles in your back to switch on. Through long holds of each pose we will raise your heart rate and body temperature to sweat out the tension from your body. It is suitable for beginners as modifications will be given. Props are essential in a Forrest yoga class so please bring along your mat, a blanket or towel, straps and blocks.
